Team Bodylab

Team Bodylab is for clients, friends and athletes who like to get involved in running, cycling and triathlon. Our goal is to cater for each athlete on a personal level - help with training plans / looking after their bodies and constructive advice on helping them become a better athlete.

Though members are mainly focused on Ironman, we race in all triathlon distances, Duathlons, Time Trials and all kinds of other cycling and running events. We are affilaited to the BTA, Chris is a Level 1 coach


Training

Generally emails go to all members informing them of training sessions

  • Monday - Swim
  • Tuesday - Run session - 7:30 am Highbury Fields
  • Wednesday - Run Session - 7:30 Hampstead
  • Thursday - Cycling - Barnet
  • Friday - The River Run - 7:45 BDC // Long Run
    6:30 pm BDC
  • Saturday - 3-5 hour bike / 40 min run - Barnet
  • Sunday - Long Bike Variable*


Join Team Bodylab

You are welcome to join us, we only ask that you regularly attend training sessions and be involved in events with the team.

If you are a client of Bodylab or become a client of Bodylab, the membership is free. For other people wishing to join in, there will be a monthly Fee. You’ll get to go on some top bike rides and great runs, spiced up by one or two of Chris’s little specials to keep it interesting. We'll try to help you with training schedules and advice on equipment and inspire you to the top.
