- Tuesday - Run session - 7:30 am Highbury Fields
- Wednesday - Run Session - 7:30 Hampstead
- Thursday - Cycling - Barnet
- Friday - The River Run - 7:45 BDC // Long Run 6:30 pm BDC
- Saturday - 3-5 hour bike / 40 min run - Barnet
- Sunday - Long Bike Variable*
